Legal Packs
Part of the service that Brendons Auctioneers offers to potential buyers is the supply of Legal Packs for the properties that are about to be auctioned. We do also advise all potential purchasers to carry out their own due diligence before bidding for any property at auction.
We receive a legal pack from the vendor’s solicitors for each property that is being placed in the auction. This pack will contain local authority searches, any special conditions of sale, any leases and tenancy agreements, protocol forms and office copy entries.
The Legal Packs are available to download as pdf files. Just complete the application form below. (Occasionally there may be missing elements in the Legal Packs, for instance where local authorities have not yet replied to the searches. If this happens, we will forward these missing documents to you via email as soon as they become available, without further charge).

ORDER YOUR LEGAL PACKS HERE
Legal packs are available through our passport system. Please click here to
access our lots where you will be able to access legal packs for each
individual property by following the links on each individual lot. Once
registered you will be able to download legal packs and you will receive
automatic updates relating to any lots that you are interested in.
