Brendons Eastcote is situated in a central position on the corner of the Field End Road and Elm Avenue. Eastcote and the immediate surrounding towns expanded in the 1930's when the London underground stations arrived, and again in the 1950's post WW2 when a phase of housing was built. It is a very characterful area with many tree lined roads and lots of open spaces creating a semi-rural suburban town.

Superbly located providing easy access to the A40/M40 and M25 motorways. Excellent commuter links to central London from Eastcote station which connects to both the Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines. Also South Ruislip, Ruislip Gardens and Northolt have Central line stations. The local bus routes include the 282 to Ealing Hospital, the 398 and 114.

There is an excellent range of shops along the Field End Road that includes a selection of hair & beauty salons, local supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and bars and a traditional pub. In addition to this, nearby Pinner and Ruislip offer the larger supermarkets along with a wider selection of restaurants and bars.
