What we collect and what we do with the information we gather
We collect the following information automatically as you browse the website:

We use this information to respond to your enquiry. It will only be used for that purpose unless you also give us additional permission to stay in contact to hear about further property information, offers we are running etc. For example, if your enquiry is about rental properties, we may ask your permission to contact you in the coming weeks about properties that may suit your requirements.
If you do consent to stay in contact, we will use your information to send you occasional emails and/or phone calls and you will be free to unsubscribe at any time.
Who will your information be shared with?
Your personal data will not be sold or shared with any third parties.
We will use the information within Brendons for the purpose it was intended – e.g. to respond to your enquiry. The information will be shared with the minimum amount of people necessary – e.g. Residential Sales enquiries go directly to our Residential Account Managers. Trade Rental Enquiries go directly to our Commercial Team.
In the event that it would be useful to pass your personal data to third parties, e.g. if you would benefit from speaking to one of our partners, such as for mortgage, surveying or legal advice, you will be contacted in order to give your positive consent for this purpose.
How long will we retain your information
We will retain your personal data for no longer than is necessary and in any event no longer that 12 months from the receipt of an enquiry unless you have indicated that you would like to stay in contact. Following this period all personal data will be deleted.
If you choose to opt-in to receive further communications or property information from us, we will hold onto your data for the purposes of sending you those communications. You are free to choose to opt-out at any time and at that point we will delete your data.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical and electronic procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Enquiry information is not stored online. When you fill in a contact form or click an email link, the information is emailed directly to us and is not recorded on the website.
Name, email and property interest details are stored online in a secure system for those customers that choose to join our residential property sales or lettings lists.
