Giles, why do you think clients choose Brendons? We are well known both individually and as a business. We are trusted because we give succinct and honest valuation and advice. Because of this, we have an excellent reputation. Our local knowledge is fantastic, and we specialise in properties in Ealing, so our clients know we are experts in local properties and markets.
What is the highlight of your job? I love helping people; this is one of the most amazing aspects of my job. The people and supporting the local community.
How do you relax after work? I have a really diverse range of hobbies. I keep and bread tropical fish. I regularly play water polo and train other motorcyclists in preparation for their advanced tests.
Where is your favourite spot to eat in Ealing? You are spoilt for choice in Ealing for places to eat. There are so many and a great range of local pubs as well. However, I do love our Friday feed from Grill Ville on Pitshanger Lane !!
What is your hidden gem in Ealing? – Pitshanger Lane is the biggest GEM in Ealing. It feels like a village community and one of the few high streets with all of the essentials still, fishmonger, butcher, grocer, cafes, gift shops, a bookshop and restaurants. It’s such a great place.
Why would you recommend Ealing as a location to live? Ealing has some of the best properties in West London, so many attractive Edwardian properties. You still get a good investment return compared to the rest of West London, with fabulous gardens and property sizes. The local amenities around Ealing are great, as well as Ealing Broadway. The proximity to road connections & transport links and the number of recreational spaces is brilliant. We also have a fantastic range of schools.
